Half-Year Meeting 2023 – "Building Teamwork​"

Last week, the entire Team Hydroflex came together at our German Headquarters for the Hydroflex Half-Year Meeting 2023. Our colleagues from Asia and the Americas made the long journey to experience a week filled with trainings, networking and interesting conversations, and getting to know the many new Hydroflex family members.​

This year’s event was not only about facts and figures, but above all, about Team Hydroflex. True to the motto “only together we are strong", the various topics were not only presented, but all members were encouraged to actively be involved and contribute their own ideas. At various departments’ World Café stands, interactive exchange, hands-on testing and vigorous discussions took place. ​

Hydroflex’ leading goals are to maintain a high level of agility despite fast growing team sizes, and to place an even stronger focus on our customers at all touch-points, globally.​

Altogether, we learned a lot, laughed a lot and are motivated to continue our success in the second half of 2023. A huge thanks to the whole team for this inspiring day!​
